“Steen did a fantastic job when designing an extension for us. He really listened to what we needed from the extension and the designs reflected this. He carefully talked us through the options he’d produced and took on board the slight alterations we wanted to make, without making us feel like a nuisance! He put forward a brilliant proposal for planning permission and dealt with that side of things for us, which was a massive help. Once finished, we were impressed with Steen’s honesty as the time he spent on our project wasn’t as much as he’d originally anticipated, so the amount we owed him was less than expected, which is always a nice surprise!
